Don't worry about how fast you go.

Out for a 'run' with my niece Tabi. She's very fast!! I'm more of a slow-jog. Remember though - it doesn't matter how fast you go, it only matters that you go. (For some reason I can't seem to figure out where to look 😜) #slowrunner #exercise #hypnotist
