Oh no!

I fell off of the #keto wagon. I had a potato or... 9. šŸ˜ Oh no! What'll I do⁉ Get right back on! šŸŽ‰ One of the problems that people have when working on new behaviors is abandoning them at the first mis-step. It's not the 1 (or 9) potatoes that gets you. It's not the missed worked out that keeps you out of shape, or that pack of cigarettes you just smoked (even though you'd quit) that is the real problem. It's never getting back up. Never getting back on track. Oftentimes people spend months or years waiting to get back on track. DO IT NOW! ⚔ Don't wait for things to be 'just right'. DO IT NOW! ⚔ Please. You really can do it! I believe in you. šŸ’™ (Well, most of you šŸ˜šŸ˜œ.) #MotivationMondayĀ
