#TransformationTuesday For far far far too long I 'played it small' - 'I was basically a 'shrinking violet'. I know many of you are as well. If I'd have continued playing it small I wouldn't have had the impact I've now had on millions of people arcross the globe. I know you're scared. ▶ I was terrified.
