Starting A Six Day Fast

12 hours into fasting day 1 of 6. Current weight: 214.4 😳 That's 30 lbs heavier than my lowest 1.5 years ago - 185 lbs BUT 7 lbs lighter than a month ago when I finished up being mostly on the road for 3 months. Eating healthy (or not eating) while travelling is an opportunity for growth for me. šŸ¤” Any tips from frequent travellersā“ The Plan: 6 day (non/very low-caloric fluids) liquid fast. The liquids: ā–¶ Water, still and sparkling. ā–¶ Tea. ā–¶ Coffee/espresso. ā–¶ Bone broth. Up to one cup dly. šŸ”„ Additional: ā–¶ Meditation. 10 or more minutes daily. (Increases focus, grounding, and discipline.) ā–¶ Exercise 10 or more minutes daily. ā–¶ Hypnosis. Goals: ā–¶ Increasef autophagy (Programed cell death and renewal). ā–¶ Weight loss. ā–¶ Strengthening self discipline. ā–¶ Increased human growth hormone. ā–¶ Increased insulin sensitivity and blood sugar regulation.
