Do You Ever Say, 'I Can't'?

#WinningWednesday (This is about fasting but the success principles apply to all goals.) 56% done with a 6 day fast! That's over 3 days (80+ hours) with having nothing but non-caloric or even artificially sweetened drinks. Awww yeah... 😎 (My girlfriend, Elysia is doing it too - but she may need a snack - she's wasting away 😬😳😂.) I've done a 7 day fast before but I relied on fats (heavy cream, coconut oil, etc) and diet pop to get me through. This time I'm not. 🔥 People ask me, 'How can you possibly go that long without eating!?' Hypnosis of course! 😊 AND... I simply made the decision to do it. YOU CAN DO THAT TOO. (Not just with fasting but with eating keto or in whatever goals you have in life. It's mostly a mental game.) Here's how to stick to it. ▶ Remind yourself of your goals frequently. You can do this with sticky notes around the house, visualizations, hypnosis, self talk, and more. ▶ Get support from friends and family or an online community. I'm doing it with my girlfriend so we support each other. And commiserate together 😂. ▶ Have a plan. We decided ahead of time what we'd have/not have. ▶ Alter the plan when necessary. We decided that if we 'needed' to we'd have fats to get us through - heavy cream, coconut oil and such. ▶ Be OK with failure. Do your absolute best and if you simply can't complete your goal focus on what you DID achieve. Even if I quit right now I'd still have completed a 3+ day fast - something that many people think THEY could never do. Which reminds me... PLEASE stop saying 'I can't _________' or 'I could never _________'. In most cases it's not that you can't, it's just that you haven't. 👊 I NEVER thought I could fast for even a day. Really. No REALLY. I'm no different than you, I just learned some tools and strategies and refused to let limiting beliefs hold me back. 🎉 You got this! 👏👏👏 Need help? Hit me up!
