How To Be Successful

When was the last time you had bacon and eggs GUILT FREE? #Keto baby! Awww yeah 😎. So many of us when we change a behavior focus on what we're giving up. 😢 We start a ketogenic lifestyle and lament the birthday cake we couldn't have or our favorite pasta dish we've given up. 😭 🔥 BUT what are you gaining? 🔥 When you shift your focus to all of those things that you CAN have and what you are gaing it becomes a much easier journey. 🎉🎊🎈 This works with all new behaviors. ▶Cigarette smokers focus on that cigarette they can't have after dinner instead of focusing on the money they're saving, the health they are gaining, and the freedom quitting affords. ▶ People choosing a vegan lifestyle focus on the steak they can't have instead of all of the wonderful foods that they CAN have and the animals they're saving. ▶ Those that decide to save money for retirement focus on the new car they now can't afford or having to give up $5 lattes instead of focusing on the better life they'll have in retirement. ✨ Whenever you catch yourself longing for those old aspects of your former life, immediately, no IMMEDIATELY shift your focus to all that you are gaining. This will make you feel better emotionally and increase your success in maintaining your new lifestyle exponentially. Imagine yourself attaing your goal. 💢💢💢 I promise you, it gets easier - believe me. I've changed my life in innumerable ways in the last 10 years. You can do that too. 👊 PS Also, instead of saying I can't have this or I can't do that it's much more effective to say 'I've chosen not to have that cupcake', or 'I've chosen to avoid... Polluting my lungs, wasting money, etc.' I believe in you. Even if you don't 💛. ✴ Your Success is My Success™ ✴
