I just did 10 bodyweight squats. 💪
So many of my hypnotherapy clients, whether they're using hypnosis for easy weight loss, or using hypnosis for stress relief or even stopping anxiety, etc will tell me that they just don't have time to exercise.
Many believe do we have to do 30 minutes or more of intense exercise to reap any benefits.
But really any amount that you do is helpful. Even just five minutes of stretching, bodyweight activities, walking, Etc will benefit you.
I like to work in 5 or 10 minutes of activity several times a day in addition to any regular quote-unquote exercise that I'm doing. We can all find a few minutes here and there to work our body. Right? #FunFriday #fitnessfriday #fitfriday #fitnessmodel #DamnImPretty™ #ComedyHypnotist #keto
